At PALS, healthy and treatable animals are never euthanized to make room or save time. Every dog and cat deemed adoptable receives compassionate care for as long as it takes to find the right home. That's the promise behind everything we do.

Help Us Get Our Official Mississippi Specialty License Plate Approved!
We're on a mission to get official state legislative approval for a custom PALS Rescue Mississippi license plate so you can show your love for rescue animals wherever you drive!
Before the state can officially manufacture and issue these specialty plates, we need 300 Mississippi drivers to sign up and pre-order.
- Step 1 — Donate $50: A $50 donation covers the state-required pre-order application fee. Please send you donation to 1071 Marks Rd, McComb, MS 39648.
- Step 2 — Fill Out the Application Form: Complete the sign-up form with your vehicle details.
- Step 3 — State Approval & Production: Once we reach our 300-signup goal, the state legislature will finalize approval and manufacture the plates!
